Installation:

  1. Clean the shaft, bushing bore, bushing tapered barrel, and pulley hub bore.
  2. Slide the bushing and pulley onto the shaft in the desired orientation (standard or reverse).
  3. Align the clearance holes in the bushing flange with the threaded holes in the pulley hub.
  4. Insert cap screws with lock washers and tighten progressively and evenly in an alternating circular pattern to the recommended bolt torque.

Dismantling: Remove all cap screws. Insert screws into the threaded jacking holes in the bushing flange. Tighten them evenly against the pulley face until the bushing breaks free from the taper without needing a sledgehammer or puller.
